For Promoting international business schemes under Service Export from India Schemes introduced. Service Export from India Scheme is a modification of old Served from India Scheme which was announced in FTP 2009-14. Service exporter get benefit under SEIS scheme, would be computed as a percentage of net foreign exchange earned by the service exporter.
Exporter get benefit in duty credit script mode , which can be used or eligible for sale. The percentage of reward is up to 5 % of export turnover.
Duty Credit Scrips shall be granted as rewards under SEIS. It will be freely transferable. Therefore, if exporter is not in position to use the Duty Credit Scrips, he can sell the same in market.
